Full on: Mulberry and blackberry over spiced plum with a savoury yeasty, tarry, black streak. 25% new oak gives a sweet spice over all. Depths of black olive edged dark fruit with a shiny complexion to a tart finish with a smoky chary burnt-ends meatiness and eastern spices. Mid palate thrust of the shiraz completes the usual cabernet doughnut. Fine tannins will be protein friendly.
