Made with barrel fermentation using wild yeast. Liv Zak is the daughter of the owners of Warramunda Estate and the label lives somewhat independently from those of the estate. Winemaker is Brendan Hawker.

Aromatic with pear slices, grapefruit and lime citrus, delicious nutty elements with a smoked meat complexity. Retaining freshness and vibrancy, the palate is well layered with just-toothsome fine phenolics. There’s well presented creaminess through the mid-palate balancing a crisp citrusy finish. A fine Chardonnay with attractive, eye catching packaging.
