NZ Lighter launched into Australia at the end of 2019, after successfully being available since 2014 in New Zealand internally.  With 18 wineries participating, the initiative sees naturally produced lower in alcohol wines that are intended to “have the same flavour and varietal character as their full-strength counterparts.”  This is one of the stand outs from the range.
Forrest have just rolled to the 2019, but this should still be available.

Lime blossom and grapey aromas with chalky, mineral elements. Slightly viscous palate due to the residual sugar. Easy flavours of honeysuckle, lime sorbet and green apple with just enough acidity to keep it juicy. Top match for spicy foods.
