One of the many imports from the Fourth Wave Wine. The Fontavera range are made by winemaker Andrea Sartori, the great-grandson of the founder of the still family owned Sartori di Verona Winery in north east Italy. Certified organic.

Fruity profile with a herbal nuance. Juniper, green pea mash, pear flesh, lemon citrus, wax paper and a little stoniness. Clean and expected with neat amount of texture for interest. Pears and citrus presented in simple layers and a short finish.
