The “entry level” wine for Jansz yet still head and shoulders above so many other Australian Sparkling wines.

Jansz Tasmania Premium Cuvée, NV

Strawberries and green apple. Celery, nougat and a little sweet honeysuckle. Toasted nuts, little lemon soaps. Some yeasty white bread through the mid palate, but still finishes long and crisp with that Tassie chardonnay base. Available in major retailers everywhere, but still bloody hard to beat for the price.
