Deakin Estate, Shiraz, Murray Darling 2015

Meaty, blue plum fruit, paté, camphor smoke, marshmallow squares/Rocky Road and some pine forest. Flavours of plum jam: a deep berry jus of shiny polished fruit. Not too hot or sweet or oak driven: enough tannin to cut through mid week pizza or Sunday BBQ lunch. Enjoy it for what it is.
