Calabria, Three Bridges Botrytis Semillon, Riverina, 2013

Luminous honey colour. Archetype apricot marmalade nose. Mushroom cap, preserved lemon, baked/burned lemon biscuits and a wee lift of ginger.
Palate is sweet and luscious, almost viscous but not unctuous. More of that caramelized burnt biscuit flavour runs over light apricot and peach jam and lemon spread. After notes of light butterscotch and citrusy acids. All in all, a tasty representative of the style.
