Riesling. Coonawarra’s most underrated grape.

Pure example. Lime skin, slate, slight tropical lift with light sherbert. Lean, light, tight, refreshing, citrusy. Right amount of acid to make it juicy without slicing your tongue open. Finishes all bitter lime juice, a few little tartrate crystals in the bottom of the glass. Great value. What you want to drink when you want Riesling.
