If you’re going to do Sauvignon Blanc….Adelaide Hills is one of your safer bets.
Deviation Road, Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills 2015
Grassy with lifted tropicals, a little yoghurt/cream note from the wine making influences. Refreshing palate, those soft tropicals, headed to Melon, with a smoky note before passionfruit rounds out the flavours. Acidity provides enough cut through and is handled well. An understated wine.
RRP: $24
