Heady and floral. Sweet apple, ripe pear, a distinct salty tang balanced with a sweeter note and hyper clean lemon citrus. Hits the target for the market. Crispy apple and pear slices, along with the tiniest amount of phenolic grip. There’s enough palate weight roundness to give it body. Serve it with Waldorf salad.
