One of the “Project Wines” from Voyager that are created to showcase the individual elements that create the tableau of their main marques.

Beautiful crimson colour. Dusty earthy,  mulberry, pencil, violets, blackcurrant & a hint of salty black olive. So smooth on the palate, but not overtly plush. Tannins are super fine, fresh coffee-ground like and there’s plenty of them. Elegant and rich with lingering fresh leaf: as the black fruit starts to diminuendo, the structure kicks in right when you want it to.
So right in the groove…it seems to simply evaporate from the glass.
