Pale copper colour,  strawberry and cream nose, stone fruit ripeness and metallic coppery note too. A little fruit sweet light cherry up front before some textural, grippy effects. Juicy acidity slices through to a dry finish. Everything you want from an easy drinking rosé. Try it with a warm lamb salad.
