West Cape Howe, Tempranillo Rosé, Western Australia, 2015

Cerise in the glass. Strawberry soap aromas, with distinct cherry, light white flowers and an inviting creaminess. A wee lick of tempranillo herbs and rubber balances the piquant red strawberry fruits. Carries a little palate weight and spice. Serve it cool-ish to keep the acids cutting at through a grilled lamb salad.
