The Lana range is named after a special town in northern Italy located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region, situated between the towns of Bolzano and Merano. Prior to moving to Australia, Roberto and Rosetta Pizzini settled there and started their family.

A blend of 55% Sangiovese, 14% Canaiolo, 11% Colorino and 10% Merlot. Big selection of oaks (inc Slovenian), 20% new. Cheery and cherry red in the glass. Rustic aromas: Leather, earthy cherries and drying lavender herb off set with warm fruit bun element. Medium bodied and savoury: earthy tones of sour cherries and fresh young strawberries. Tannins are soft, yet firm with a polenta-like texture. Made for the table and very easy to drink.
