Nothing like a warm, cuddly embrace from Nonna to make you comfortable. 50% Stainless steel maturation, 10% new oak. Ripe strawberry jus smells mix with soft dark cherry and just creamy toasty oak. Carefully balanced fruit tannin retained from the stainless steel ferment to ensure freshness and vibrancy. Some soft herbal/fennel and pepper notes give it the complexity it needs to move on from being simple juice. Throw in some walnutty oak nuances and you’ve got a top value dinner friendly wine.
