The Adelaide Hills are South Australia’s home of Pinot Noir.  The fruit for this wine sourced off a vineyard planted in 1990.

Plum jam and preserved cherries meet meaty savoury characters and just a small touch of mulchy undergrowth. The palate like the nose: cherries and soft plums before some stalky tannins. There’s a little weight and body for crowd friendly early consumption. Would be taken more seriously without the cartoon label.
