Handpicked, whole-bunch pressed fruit. Barrel ferment, 1/3 new oak. Rich and delicious stonefruit, just the right amount of struck match complexity overlaying quality spicy oak. Exquisite palate. Crisp peach and juicy grapefruit are tight and refined. The oak is balanced perfectly: enough to give body and structure, not too much to dominate the flavours. The finish is long and elegant. Not a hair out place.
