Singlefile, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc, Great Southern, 2016

Sliced green capsicum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, herbal lemongrass, tropical guava and passionfruit cream with a hint of soda bread. Medium mouth feel: such a contrast to the usual thin summer-time non-thinking S/SBs. The palate similar to the nose, a delicious amalgam of the two grapes. The crisp acidity of the finish is testament to the lingering citrus of the Semillon. Drink this as you’re cracking open fresh crayfish tails with your hands. Very good.
