Frangrant nose: Green apple, quince, BBQ lime, mineral water (minerality). Textural medium bodied palate, fruit forward: green granny Smith apple & talc with a stony, mineral finish, rather than sharp cutting acidity. Lovely phenolics. Has presence and will cellar for many years.
