Fragrant and aromatic cumquat, lime flesh, salt and talc. Expressive, and yet refined palate. Acidity is high, but well balanced flavours shine through with lime, hops and smoky quartz rocks. The chalky texture is almost chewable in a good way. If you’ve baulked at Annie’s Lane recently, this is a label that just may bring you back to the fold.
