SRS is the acronym for Flametree Wines’ “Sub Regional Series.” This chardonnay sourced from a single block.

Depth of aroma with just extinguished match, lemon pith, easy meringue shell with ripe peach and yellow nectarine stone fruit. The palate rich yet balanced with oak work of smoky oatmeal, soft butter and stone fruit driven flavours. The saline note and retained acidity makes for juicy, saliva inducing experience maintaining the right amount of freshness.  A modern classic in the making, far too young at this stage.
