Joseph Perrier, Cuvée Royale, Brut, Champagne, NV
From Châlons-En-Champagne. 3 years on lees. Richy, yeasty bread dough and custard aromas with a small amount of citrus. Quite a textural front palate before flavours of distinct pink grapefruit, peach and supported by soft red fruits. Finishes fresh and sharp with good acidity. Most likely found under the RRP, and represents good value.
RRP: $65
Alc: 12%
