Porta Dante, Prosecco Superiore, Valdobbiadene DOCG, NV

Aromas of Light biscuit, grape juice and grapefruit pith. Bubbly mousse that feels a little abrasive before lemon pith and stone fruit.  Finishing dry with alka seltzer minerality and soft apple fruit. A little agricultural Prosecco, but give it some crudo and its all good.
