Plum skin, red currants, cherries, earthy and ferrous with pink peppercorns and baking spices. Still youthful at ten years of age with a subtle red fruits, Turkish Delight, a mineral/iron stone edge and quality fine tannin that still holds the wine together tightly. Drinking beautifully now another 5 years may see it shift only ever so slightly.
