The vintage was “early and compressed.”  Partial barrel fermentation. Pinot Gris how it should be.

Evocative aromas of creamed honey, stone fruit skin, brown pears and light baking spices. Just medium bodied with a delicious phenolic grip. Incredibly fruited: there’s light mandarin and grapefruit, pear slices and beautifully balanced acids. Delicious drinking and an excellent example.
