Soapy citrus of small lemon skin and white florals and light steamed prawn meat. Light orange/lemon citrus and white stone fruit flavours presented in a refreshing package. There’s some alka-seltzer like aftertastes but it adds to the complexity. If you’ve never tried Fiano, this is an okay value entry level to try new things.
