This is the flagship white from David Lowe in Mudgee. The Nullo Mountain vineyard is one of the highest in Australia. Planted in 1996 and sits well over 1100 metres above sea level and regarded as “a unique vinicultural area in the Mudgee region.” The vineyard was certified organic and biodynamic in 2016.

Opening with elegant and delicate aromas of sea spray, fly spray, lime pith and kaffir lime leaf. Over 3 years old at time of release, there’s barely any progression of development. A flash of sweet lime sorbet and some phenolic grip before rocket leaf/arugula spice. Pristine, yet slightly dilute lime juice qualities falls to an echo before the acidity drives length and purity. An infant, ready for many years ahead.
