Not specifically sourced from the Indigo Vineyard, but still from the Victorian High Country of Beechworth.
Brokenwood, Pinot Noir, Beechworth 2015
Early picked vintage. Light cerise, smells deliciously of those little single serve strawberry jams, fruits of the forest, sandalwood and dustings of cinnamon. Strawberry sweetness hits the middle of the tongue before steely mid palate and the fan out of tart fruit, light acidity and playful tannins. Medium term cellaring at best, this is slupparble juice best matched with late night Chinese BBQ suppers.
RRP: $35
Alc: 13.5%
