Casillero del Diablo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile, 2015

Plenty of consistent legs on the glass after a decent swirl. Solid varietal nose of cassis, blackberry, soft pipe tobacco, old couch leather and some brambly notes. Good black fruit with a well structured tannin profile. Easily a match for a decent barbeque lamb steak. Good value.
