Casillero del Diablo, Shiraz, Chile, 2015

Bright purple colour. Fruit driven nose with green stalky notes poking through plenty of dark sweet plum aromas. Topped with spicy cracked black pepper. Elements of earthy red capsicum, sandy tannin profile alongside that fruity plum. It’s shiraz by the numbers without being obnoxious.
