Savoury and racy nose: Margaret River bushland aromas of eucalypt and black tea, pencils, a touch of old couch leather before a chrysalis to expose pure fruits of blackberry and bush plum. The palate is spiced studded with clove, delicious lengths of cassis and ripe black fruits before closing with ermine tannins.  Unique, individual and expressive, this one needs some cogitation. An exceptional wine.
