Powerful aromas of blackberry, tomato leaf, gun smoke, mahogany and a steely graphite. Sumptuous layers of creamy black/dark berry fruit with a black cherry/kirsch highlight. Long lines of fine tannins with a smoky oak nuance. Kudos to the winemaking team: a very good wine from a difficult vintage.
