Potent and heady: lemon cheesecake, salt, citrus pith, hard stone fruit flesh. Neutral stone fruit palate with briny tang nudged along by oak spice and creamy influences. Finishing very tart with sour acidity that burns a little too much. Has some regionality but lacking finesse.
