West Cape Howe, Chardonnay, Western Australia, 2016

Light citrus fruit, yellow stone fruit melange and rockmelon rind and a just enough oak influence. Palate similar to the nose, with plenty of light tropical fruit flavours and some mineral crystalline acidity. Sits fairly neutral in the middle. Doesn’t go too far either side of safe.
