The Dagger, Pinot Grigio, North East Victoria, 2016

Very light onion skin colour. Waxy nose of soaps, pear skins, ginger root and lemon zest. Zippy line dances through a firm, textural body.  Tosses its hair back with casual affectation. Plenty of ginger spice to keep things over and above the usual fleshy pear. Good varietal expression with attractive packaging. Good value.
