Josef Chromy, Chardonnay, Tasmania, 2015

Mealy and stonefruit nose: Subtle peach fruit with grapefruit and a hint of ripe melon before oak light woody, nutty notes. Tassie acidity providing drive. Quality use of oak gives a spicy quality to the just creamy, grapefruit and lemon palate. Finessed and balanced.
