This has picked up a few bronze medals around the place. A somewhat “aged” release, but still current.

Shaw Vineyard Estate, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Canberra, 2015

Nose of sweaty gooseberry and snow pea nose. Pineapple piece bitter sweet tropical along with lime juice, green apple  and a mature edge of vanilla creme. Alka-seltzer texture with lime, lemon myrtle, gooseberry, a bitter yeasty note that finishes with green apple acidity. Serve well chilled.
