Sourced from the greater “Barossa” zone. Black pepper, burnt kindling, blood plum, dark fruit compote, sweet cola licks and twiggy bitter clove. Silky smooth palate up front. Milk for the masses. This is a postcard of the Barossa, rather than a detailed map. Dark fruits with burnt undertone. Gritty tannin and sour acidity.  Will be picked up by the value shoppers.
