A single vineyard release from the Shankly Vineyard in Clare Valley’s Watervale. Winemaker is Marnie Roberts. Now you can pick your option for which song this references, either the version by Pink that Mrs. Drew prefers….or the Faithless anti-prayer which is my pick.

God is a DJ
Claymore Wines, God Is A DJ, Riesling, Clare Valley, 2017
A distinctly spicier and ’rounder’ nose than the Superstition. There’s ginger snap biscuit, ‘fly spray’, bath salts, baked apple and a lemon fruit profile. More austere than the nose suggests, there’s a puckering lemon fruit profile and quartz driven rockiness before apple tartness. Good value and an ideal match for Thai spiced calamari salad.
RRP: $20
