Pizzini, Prosecco, King Valley, 2017

Lots of excited little bubbles in the glass, show good effervescence.  The wine starts with soft, doughy aromas before fruits of apple, pear and almost lime citrus and blossoms of white flowers. The wine shows clean lines of texture and acidity with plenty of flavour: apples and biscuits. Finishes dry and fine. The perfect aperitif sparkler.
