Risky Business is the result of John Waldron and Rob Quenby’s partnership. Sourced from “low intervention vineyards” and then “hand-made by using small batch winemaking techniques.”

Risky Business, Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, 2015

A very dark garnet colour in the glass. Intense aromas of earthy, exotic spice driven cassis, deep cabbage rose petal, smoky bitter herbs and black currant pastille. A medium full palate, rich in black fruits and a smoked mussel salty meatiness. Relatively tightly bound for the moment and with plentiful fine tannins, this will develop well in the next 10 years.
