From selected parcels of the “villages” of Dixon’s Creek, TarraWarra and Woori Yallock. Each parcel fermented separately and then blended.

Aromas of cream, lime, Jersey caramel, spiced seedy/twiggy oak and fruit of quinces, peaches and nectarines. Lovely juxtaposition between aforementioned rich fruits, the balanced oak and a taut, linear mouth feel. Long length of flavour that echoes with lime and peach stone fruit. A thoughtful, considered wine that demands focus and enjoyment and provides great value.
