Gerald Naef, winemaker most certainly takes his riesling cues from European styles, notably a little bit of Alsace.

Retaining 7 grams per litre of residual sugar, after fermentation finished naturally. steely, lime slices, sweetness if melon and honey wuit a touch of floral blossom/pot pourri and a fennel frond anise note. Crisp and lively, the usual riesling blitz somehwat tempered by the small amount of residual sugar. Rich lime sorbet/Splice with softer apple characters in an intensely tightly focused style that carries the flavour through a long finish.
