West Cape Howe, Tempranillo, Rosé, Perth Hills, Frankland River, 2017

Just darker than cerise. Dominated by crisp red fruits: watermelon, cranberry, raspberry jelly crystals and a spearmint minty herbal lift. Good quality red fruit with the savoury balance. Plush strawberry with clean lines. A little simple but nothing out of place. Easy charcuterie match.
