Not strictly just shiraz, this blend also contains 5% Mourvedre and 1% Viognier. The 2016 has just been released, but there are stocks of the 2015 still available.

Taltarni, Estate, Shiraz, Pyrenees, 2015

Sweetly lifted by the viognier providing florals, this is replete with plenty of white pepper, raspberry, plum and nutty milk chocolate. Stalky whole bunch gives a pleasant herbal character. The palate is medium bodied, despite the ABV with supple, silky tannins giving a firm push to spice driven elegant fruit. Impeccably balanced and will further develop complexity and age wondrously.
