Easter egg chocolate sweet nose underwritten with savoury pink salt and pink pepper corns, bay leaf, black currant pastille and violets. Sandy tannin structure. Sweet fruit of rose water/Turkish Delight comes first with licks of pepper and spice before varietal red/black fruit. On the swarthy side of drinking…for those that want to appear slightly edgy, yet remain on a budget.
