Serafino, Cabernet Sauvignon, McLaren Vale, 2016

Runs the full gamut with blackberry and blackcurrant wrapped with cedar and sweet oak edged with some tomato stalk greens. Balanced vino: earthy graphite McLaren Vale notes with cassis and pastille fruit. A creamy nutty mid-palate and filled out with crunchy tannins. Serafino produce another quality cabernet.
