Gundog Estate, Riesling, Canberra, 2018
Floral blossom aromas with a touch of sweaty reduction which blows off with some aeration, before reticent lime citrus bits (skin, pith), green apple skin and wet slate. At this stage, the wine is all about effortless structure: tight lines which drive an expression of purity to a long finish.
