Risky Business pull out the lolly bag for those with a sweet tooth. Fruit from the sub-region of Mount Barker in Great Southern region of Western Australia. Half between medium dry and medium sweet on the IRF scale.

Near water clear in the glass, with flecks of green. Nose full of beurre bosc pears and lemon/lime and candy orange citrus over cooling white peach ice tea. Sweet palate with rich lime sorbet and the white peach slices flavours. Carrying good palate weight balanced with vibrancy and a cool mint finish that tails nicely. A well made wine able to match powerfully spiced food.
