Pinot Noir from the Aude Valley in France. Imported into Australia by the team at Fourth Wave Wine. Winemaker is Hilde Chevillot. Bottled under screwcap.

Pinot Noir here from the south-west corner of France. Plenty of perfumed, polished juicy cola/cherry and jubey raspberry fruit with some stalky herby interest. Medium bodied with a push of fine, chalky tannins it holds some “pinosity” with sweet spice over the rich cherry fruit. A touch of warmth through the tail. Generous, easy drinking and okay value.
